روانشناس بالینی کودکان گفت: بچه های بیش فعال پراسترس و بی قرار هستند و از دیوار راست بالا می رود که در مواردی فعالیت های ورزشی مثل شنا، و تنیس روی میز بدون نیاز به تجویز دارو انرژی درون آنها را تخلیه می کند و تا حدی می تواند مشکلات این کودکان را کم کند.
روانشناس بالینی افزود: بچه های بیش فعال سه دسته هستند کودکانی که از حرکات و انرژی بسیار بالایی برخوردارند و مدام در حال تکان خوردن هستند، دسته دوم بچه هایی که ضعف در توجه و تمرکز دارند. این گروه بچه هایی هستند که نمی توان بر روی حرکات شان تمرکز کرد و دسته سوم کودکانی هستند که هردو نوع اول و دوم را با هم دارند، یعنی اینکه هم از تحرک بالایی برخورداراند و هم اینکه نمی توان بر روی فعالیت های آنان تمرکز کافی کرد.
وی افزود: از طرف دیگر بچه های بیش فعال با توجه به اینکه مدام در حال جنب و جوش هستند از سوی والدین شان نیز مرتب در حال دعوا شدن و پرخاشگری قرار دارند. این گونه رفتار با بچه ها، رفته رفته باعث سرخورده شدن آنان می شود و نیاز است با واسپاری کارهای منزل و کمک گرفتن از این دسته بچه ها در نظافت و شست و شوی وسایل خود، خرید، آشپزی و به طور مثال بازکردن پسته، کندن دم کشمش و پاک کردن حبوبات و دیگر اموری که مناسب سن آنان باشد، ت از بروز فعالت های غیرعادی این دسته بچه کاست.
این روانشناس بالینی کودکان ادامه داد: بیشتر مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره افراد مبتلا به بیش فعالی هستند. بسیاری از مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره، درک صحیحی از نوع اختلال رفتاری فرزند خود ندارند و متاسفانه هرگونه پر انرژی بودن بچه ها را به حساب بیش فعالی آنان نسبت می دهند که این موضع اصلا صحیح نیست چرا که طبق آمار مراکز مشاوره از هر ۱۰۰ مراجعه کننده برای موضوع بیش فعالی کودک فقط دو نفر به اختلال بیش فعالی درگیرهستند.
وی گفت: به طور کلی والدین برای برقراری ارتباط با کودکان و پاسخگویی به نیازهای آنان باید به طور متوسط روزانه از ۲۰ دقیقه تا ۲ ساعت از اوقات خود را به بچه ها اختصاص دهند.

وی اضافه کرد: والدین باید این ارتباط را تا سن شش سالگی بچه ها استمرار دهند و با استفاده از وسایل بازی برای کاهش استرس و اضطراب با کودک خود ارتباط برقرار کنند و هم کلام شوند.
وی افزود: این رویه برای مادران تا چهار ساعت و برای پدران نیز به دلیل مشغله کاری حداقل ۲ وعده نیم ساعته برای بروز احساسات و پاسخگویی به نیازهای بچه ها، مورد تاکید است.
این روانشناس بالینی کودکان گفت: میزان سطح سواد و تحصیلات پدرو مادر در برقراری ارتباط رفتاری و کلامی با کودکان اصلا ملاک نیست. برخی والدین بعد از گذشت مدتی و فهمیدن اختلالات رفتاری فرزند خود به ویژه مشکل بیش فعالی، از رفتار گذشته خود حتی دوران بارداری احساس گناه و پشیمانی می کنند و با حضور در کلاس های مشاوره و رفتار صحیح با فرزندان را آموزش می بینند و بر اساس آن اقدام می کنند که باید توجه داشت موثرترین راهکار برای جلوگیری ادامه رشد اختلال روانی در فرزندان آموزش والدین است.
وی ادامه داد: والدین با حضور در کلاس های مشاوره راههای مواجه با کودکان را مانند انتقال احساسات، ایجاد امنیت روانی در محیط خانه و توجه به امنیت فرزند در محیط مدرسه آموزش می بینند و البته این دوره ها تا کسب بهبودی و رضایت ادامه خواهد داشت.
وی گفت: ایجاد امنیت روانی اعم از رفتاری و گفتاری برای فرزندان از خطرات بعدی برای آنان، حتی در داخل خانواده ها جلوگیری خواهد کرد،.متاسفانه والدینی که احساس می کنند از سطح آگاهی بالایی برخوردار هستند با مراجعه به برخی سایت های ماهواره ای و اینترنتی به خیال خود می خواهند بدین طریق از مسائل و مشکلات به وجود آمده برای فرزندشان مطلع و آن را مرتفع کنند.
وی افزود: والدین فقط بخشی از مسائل به وجود آمده برای کودک را به صورت صحیح یا ناصحیح آگاه خواهند شد و حتما لازم است با مراجعه به مشاور و تشخیص طبی از سوی روانپزشک، نسبت به رفع مشکل به وجود آمده اقدام کنند.
