صابون های آنتی باکتریال
چند سالی هست که صابون های آنتی باکتریال محبوبیت زیادی پیدا کرده اند، به خاطر اینکه برخی تصور می کنند این نوع صابون ها در مقایسه با انواع معمولی آن، باکتری های بیشتری را نابود می کنند.
اما نتایج پژوهش های اخیر نشان می دهند که این نوع صابون ها هیچ برتری نسبت صابون های معمولی ندارند و بنا به دلایلی از انواع معمولی خود پرآسیب تر هستند. به خاطر اینکه حاوی ترکیبی به نام «تری کلوزان» است که باعث اختلالات هورمونی می شوند.
اطلاعیه گروه میکروبیولوژیست مرکز کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری های آمریکا (CDC) حاکی است که خطرات استفاده کوتاه مدت ( روزانه ) و درازمدت صابون های ضدباکتری احتمالا بر فواید آن می چربد.
سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا ( FDA ) نیز گزارش داد: برخی عناصر صابون های ضد باکتری، مثل ترایکلوسان در صابون مایع و تراکلوکاربان در قالب صابون می تواند به مقاومت باکتری در برابر آنتی بیوتیک منجر شود.
برخی از مطالعات علمی نیز نشان می دهد که عناصر تشکیل دهنده صابون ضد باکتری برای حیوانات منجر به برهم زدن تعادل هورمون ها درآن ها شده است. همچنین با استفاده از صابونهای ضدباکتری، علاوه بر باکتریهای مضر، باکتری های مفید نیز از بین می روند.
بر اساس اعلام مرکز کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری ها (CDC) می توان گفت استفاده از صابون های ضدباکتری برای شستن دست ها لازم نیست و شستن صحیح و کامل دست ها با آب گرم و صابون معمولی، یکی از بهترین و موثرترین راه ها برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به بیماری های مسری (واگیردار) و عفونی است.
همچنین دانشمندان دانشکده پزشکی هاروارد می گویند: صابونهای آنتی‌باکتریال موجود در بازار باعث پاکی بیشتر دست نمی‌شوند. برخلاف تصور عموم این صابون‌ها یک ضدعفونی کننده تمام‌عیار نیستند.
آنان تاکید کردند گرچه فرآورده های گران قیمت تر یعنی محلول‌های ضدعفونی‌کننده در صورتی که درست به کار روند واقعا دست هایتان را تمیز می‌کنند، اما آب و صابون معمولی هنوز شیوه مناسبی برای پاک کردن دست‌ها می باشند.
اداره مواد غذایی و دارویی آمریکا افزود: بر خلاف باور مصرف کنندگانی که تولیدات این چنینی را به دلیل اطمینان بیشتر به تاثیر بخشی آن خریداری می کنند در حال حاضر دلیل علمی که بتواند ثابت کند این تولیدات در مبارزه با بیماریها قوی تر از آب و صابون معمولی عمل می کنند وجود ندارد.
روش مصرف
ابتدا پوست را با آب ولرم مرطوب نمائید. سپس پن آنتی باکتریال فولیکا را بر روی نواحی مورد نظر مالیده و به آرامی تا حصول کف مناسب ماساژ دهید. کف حاصله را به مدت یک دقیقه بر روی پوست نگاه داشته و سپس خوب آبکشی نمائید و در صورت نیاز مصرف این فرآورده را تجدید فرمائید.
مضرات استفاده ازصابون های آنتی باکتریال
صابون های آنتی باکتریال داری مواد جدید حاوی “تریکلوزان” هستند
صابون های آنتی باکتریال داری مواد جدید حاوی “تریکلوزان” هستند. تریکلوزان، ماده اصلی است که در ترکیبات صابون های آنتی باکتریال، ژل های ضد عفونی کننده یا تمامی شوینده هایی که خاصیت ضد باکتری دارند، نهفته است.
حتی زمانی که مقدار ناچیزی نیز از این ماده در شوینده ها استفاده شود با ظهور باکتری هایی مانند استافیلوکوک اورئوس همراه خواهد بود. نمونه مهم خطر بروز مقاومت به آنتی بیوتیک، انتشار استافیلوکوک اورئوس مقاوم به متی‌سیلین است.
درمان این گونه عفونت ها دشوار است و به معنای طولانی شدن بیماری، افزایش دفعات ملاقات با پزشک یا اقامت طولانی‌تر در بیمارستان و نیاز به استفاده از داروهای گران‌تر و سمی تر است. حتی بعضی از این عفونت‌های مقاوم سبب مرگ می شوند.
به مرور زمان و با استفاده دائمی از صابون های ضد باکتری، تریکلوزان در برابر باکتری ها مقاوم می شود. این ماده به راحتی می تواند وارد بدن شده و از راه ادرار یا خون به تکثیر خود ادامه دهد. جالب است بدانید که این ماده با استفاده از وسایل مشترکی از جمله حوله، ملحفه یا غیره در انتقال عفونت از شخصی به شخص دیگر نیز موثر است.
تریکلوزان و ایجاد حساسیت
با استفاده دائمی از صابون های ضد باکتری، تریکلوزان در برابر باکتری ها مقاوم می شود
بسیاری از مصرف کنندگان این صابون ها بدون اینکه اطلاعی داشته باشند به این مواد حساسیت و آلرژی دارند و همواره به دنبال علت آلرژی خود هستند بدون اینکه لحظه ای به صابون های ضد باکتریال فکر کنند.
محققان معتقدند صابون های ضد باکتریال هیچگونه برتری یا تاثیر مضاعفی به نسبت صابون یا شوینده های معمولی ندارند در حالی که ذهن مصرف کنندگان با شنیدن اسم صابون های ضد باکتریال به این سمت می رود که این صابون ها می توانند به مراتب تاثیرات بهتری به نسبت سایر صابون ها داشته باشند.

استفاده از صابون های معمولی در استحمام کافی است
دکتر “استفان گایت”، یکی از پزشکان هلندی در این رابطه می گوید:” در حال حاضر، شامپو بدن های بسیاری با خاصیت ضد باکتریال روانه بازار می شوند. اما استفاده از این شامپو بدن ها نه تنها می تواند برای سلامتی مضر باشد بلکه بسیاری از سلول های سطح پوست را نیز دستخوش تغییرات متعدد می کند.
استفاده از صابون های معمولی در استحمام کافی است زیرا با استفاده از صابون های معمولی می توان سلول های مرده را از روی پوست جدا کرد.”
